History
Saint Teresa of Calcutta is also known as Mother Teresa. Santa Teresa was a missionary. A missionary is a person who travels the world to teach people about Jesus. Throughout her ministry, Saint Teresa traveled to Ireland, India and finally Calcutta. In Calcutta, Saint Teresa became the leader of a group of women known as the Missionaries of Charity. The Missionaries of Charity loved helping people. They loved to help the poor, sick and dying. Saint Teresa was kind, loving and courageous. She always followed God's call. How can we be kind, loving and courageous like Saint Teresa?
