If it is not possible to verify your order in the presence of the carrier, you must indicate on the waybill in the Reservations field “Order subject to verification” .

In the event of visible damage upon receipt of the order , you must indicate the respective anomaly in the Reservations field or refuse the order, indicating the reason.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer must report any anomaly in writing to the email suporteaocliente@magiadolar.pt , within a maximum period of 24 hours.
