Chakras are energy centers that represent different aspects of our bodily, mental, emotional and energetic nature. Although there are several of these energy centers spread throughout our body, there are seven main ones (counted from bottom to top), each of which is connected to an instance of our life.
There are seven major chakras and several minor ones that correspond with acupuncture points. There are no good or bad chakras, they are all necessary for terrestrial experiences, such as the process of spiritualization. Returns
