Como usar uma Taça Tibetana:
Coloque a taça tibetana na palma da sua mão e bata suavemente com o bastão na borda exterior da taça, rodando no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio. Faça o movimento utilizando o braço todo. O bastão tem que se manter em linha reta, nunca esquecendo de aplicar pressão na borda de maneira a produzir as vibrações pretendidas. Deixe o som construir-se lentamente à medida que a taça recebe a vibração.
