The Tibetan bowl is used in meditations and vibration therapies. The sound it emits leads to a deep state of relaxation and harmony, strengthening the immune system. It can relieve chronic pain and unlock energy.
How to use a Tibetan Bowl:
Place the Tibetan bowl in the palm of your hand and tap the wand gently on the outside edge of the bowl, turning it clockwise. Do the movement using your whole arm. The stick has to be held in a straight line, never forgetting to apply pressure on the edge in order to produce the intended vibrations. Let the sound build slowly as the bowl receives the vibration.
