How to use:
- Choose a ventilated place (with an open window or door), so that the smoke caused by the incense does not accumulate;
- It is also important that it is an environment of silence so that you can relax, meditate or mentalize, depending on what the intended intention is;
- Place it on a support, a table or something similar, to encourage the circulation of smoke and energy generated by the incense;
- Take the part of the incense that is not coated and insert it into the incense holder so that it is firm and well positioned;
- Use a match and light the other end of the rod. The flame will stay lit long enough to burn off some of the coating. You can extinguish it by circling the stick in the air or blowing it lightly;
- The burnt tip will turn red and the white smoke and aroma will spread. Normally, the burning time lasts from 20 to 30 minutes , depending on the chosen incense. If you want to extinguish it before the end, cut the end that is lit;
