Little Drops of Water figurines are unique pieces that transform an ordinary place into a unique place. They are ideal to offer to that special person or to pamper yourself and make your own collection.
History
Bernadette was born on January 7, 1844, in Lourdes, France. One day in 1858, while collecting firewood near a cave, Bernadette saw a beautiful lady praying the rosary. She had a white dress, a blue belt and a yellow rose on each foot. This lady was the Blessed Virgin Mary. She appeared to Bernadette many more times and identified herself as the Immaculate Conception. On one of the visits, Our Lady asked that a chapel be built, and that Bernadette pray and drink the water from the fountain that had appeared on the floor of the cave. Nowadays people visit Lourdes to pray in the chapel and many people have been healed by the miraculous water. Saint Bernadette's feast day is February 18th.
