History
Francisco Marto was born on June 11, 1908, in Aljustrel, in the parish of Fátima, Portugal, and was one of the three little shepherds who claimed to have seen Our Lady of Fátima, in 1917. Francisco was beatified on May 13, 2000 by Pope John Paul II and was canonized on May 13, 2017 by Pope Francis. His feast day is February 20th.
